Nathan Hargrave BKin

Medical Coordinator 


Nathan graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. He transferred from the University of Saskatchewan where he took courses while playing Jr. A hockey.

During his athletic career, Nathan enjoyed the science in the medicine behind the sport, in particular the concussions. This interest led to an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and employment at Benson Concussion Institute in 2018. This experience at BCI has led to the job at CSI Alberta, coordinating concussion baseline testing and concussion care for high-risk Canadian Sport Institute Alberta athletes. In addition, Nathan now coordinates all medical care and medical intakes for Canadian Sport Institute Alberta athletes.

In his spare time, Nathan enjoys being playing hockey, snowboarding, fly fishing, hiking and spending time with his family and dog Kenora.
